Chia Nut Butter Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole gran bread, I used sprouted bread, any whole grain bread works
  • 1 to 2 tbsp nut or seed butter
  • 2 medium slices silken firm tofu, I used Mori Nu
  • 2-4 apple slices
  • 1/2-1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. 1.Toast the bread to make it brown and crunchy.

    2.While the bread is toasting, slice tofu to a medium thickness.

    3.Spread nut butter on hot toast, it will start to melt in, delish!

    4.Place tofu on top then apple slices. Sprinkle chia seeds. Enjoy!
