Chia Nut Butter Toast – For a delicious and wholesome way to enjoy toast, try this easy, quick recipe. Kids and adults will love it. Pack into lunch boxes and grab for a breakfast or lunch on the go.
The other day, I was scrambling for a quick breakfast. I had just gone to the market and bought a loaf of sprouted bread with a few packages of my favorite silken firm tofu. I like the tofu that’s in a vacuumed sealed carton. It’s so silky and smooth. It is totally different than the tofu found in the packages of water. I have added a link below for you to see where to get this tofu online if not available in the markets. I grabbed some nut butter, this time peanut butter but, cashew and almond butters work great too. For nut free butters, try sun butter. My son likes the packages of apple slices and grabbed a pack along with my beloved chia seeds. So, here you go, the most delicious and quick breakfast, lunch, snack, or an anytime delicious treat that’s healthy, try this.
