Ingredients

  • 6 drumsticks rinsed in cool water then patted dry with paper towels
  • 1/2 cup bottled Buffalo sauce, whatever brand of choice
  • 1/2 packet ranch dressing, dry mix only
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tsp brown sugar for added sugar, this is optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat  your air fryer 400 degrees.Make sure chicken is completely dry. Place on plate and brush with melted butter. Now, place on tray, try not to overcrowd the pieces. Cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. While cooking, mix together the dry ranch mix with the Buffalo sauce. Combine well. Add sugar if using. When finished cooking, remove from air fryer, check that juices are running clear or temperature is 165 degrees. If under, put back in another 10 minutes. Then, take out, brush with sauce all over each drumstick. Put back in air fryer for another 12 minutes at 375 degrees.  Enjoy!
