2 Ingredient Monster Ice Scream

This 2 ingredient monster ice scream is the coo rat and easiest recipe for a yummy treat the kids will love. Fun to serve for Halloween or any theme party. Enjoy the creamy deliciousness!

I scream you scream, we all scream for ice cream! This fun and simple recipe is a snap to put together.

Use your favorite ice cream or sherbet. This time around we used rainbow sherbet.

It looks great and tastes sweet and luscious.

Of course any flavor ice cream or sherbet will work.

All you need is the candy eyeballs to make this a monster treat.

I highlighted one of the kinds I used and found online. I will highlight another one in the ingredients section.

You can find these at a craft store as well. Just make sure they are edible candy eyeballs. You can also change out the eyeballs for candy mustaches, candy red lips, Even gummy worms are a fun idea. Those are easily found at Target and Walmart.

Have fun with the kids scooping these into cute dishes (I use these for larger groups and for any or no occasion) and dig in!
