
1.Using a mini chopper or food processor, start with the dates and almond flour (I chopped the dates before placing them in the chopper).
2.Add the almonds, cocoa powder, honey, salt and vanilla.
3.Add the water a little at a time until you get a consistency that you would be able to roll up into little balls.
4.Place mixture in a medium bowl, add in mini chocolate chips, gently fold in. Roll your little truffle balls. You should have about 16 nice size truffles.
5.Place truffles on parchment or wax paper in the fridge for at least a half hour, and then dust with powdered sugar.
6.Optional: If you want an even more decadent treat you can melt some chocolate chips and drizzle over and put back in fridge for another hour. Enjoy!
