TikTok Air Fryer Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie

This is a simple and easy recipe to make two healthy chocolate chip oatmeal cookies right in your air fryer. The cookies comes out crispy on the edges and chewy on the inside. So delish!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats, I used quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced ripe banana
  • 1 to 11/2 tablespoons milk of choice, I used almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted and cooled. You can use butter or a vegan margarine in place of coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder make sure it's fresh
  • pinch ground cinnamon, this is optional
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or regular chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Mash the banana slices until smooth. Add the oats, baking powder, and cinnamon and mix.

    2. Add the oil, milk, and vanilla extract and mix again. The batter will be thick. Add the chocolate chips and mix again.

    Now, place the dough in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.

    3. Make one large cookie or divide the dough into 2 medium cookies, and air fry for 15 minutes at 350. Enjoy!
