Snickerdoodle Fudge

Snickerdoodle fudge is rich, creamy, and full of everything we love about both sweet treats. Combining the cinnamon sweetness of snickerdoodles and the rich, creaminess of fudge, this fantastic fudge recipe is so satisfying, and so easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Cinnamon Sugar Topping

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray. then line with parchment paper that has a lip over two sides for easy removal. Set aside. Melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium-low heat in a medium to large saucepan. Stirring continuously. Remove the saucepan from the heat once the white chocolate chips and condensed milk have completely melted together. You can leave in the pot or pour into a large mixing bowl. Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon until combined well. Pour the hot fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top. Let chill at least 8 hours or overnight before cutting into 1inch squares. Enjoy this sweet treat!
