32ouncesfrozen hashbrowns
14ouncessmoked sausage
2 ½cupsshredded cheddar cheese
10.5ouncesgolden mushroom soup
½cupsour cream
Instructions
Spray your slow cooker with non-stick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine hashbrowns, sausage, 1 1/2 cups of the cheese, soup, and sour cream.
Fold together to combine all the ingredients.
Pour half of the hashbrown mixture into your crockpot.
Sprinkle half of the remaining cheese.
Pour the other half into the pot, and sprinkle the remaining cheese over top.
Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 6-8.
