1.Preheat a medium to large nonstick pan over low to medium heat.
2: Add the butter and let it melt, swirling it around the bottom of the pan.
3: Lower the heat to low and crack each egg into the pan. Sprinkle with salt.
4: Cook the eggs for a minute or two until the whites start to set up.
5: Use a large, flat spatula to carefully flip each egg over.
6: Cook the eggs for about a minute to firm up the yolk. Flip them again and enjoy.
