
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with no stick aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray or squeeze out ketchup.(Or use a disposable aluminium pan) Set aside until ready.
2.In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon. My mom gets her hands in there. She says it gets everything mixed up the best. The most important thing is, don’t over mix. The meatloaf will be much more tender.
3.Shape into a loaf, squeeze ketchup on top in a zigzag. Bake for about 1 hour or check with an instant read thermometer reads 165 degrees. (Check after 50 minutes)
4.Let sit out on the counter for about 10 minutes before slicing. My mom always served this with egg noodles with melted butter. Eat up and enjoy!
