Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 1/4 cups grapes, red or green, sliced in half
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, this is optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice, more or less to taste
  • 2 tbsp honey, more or less to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse fruit and pat dry. ( I use a fruit and veggie spray, then rinse off)

    2. Cut strawberries and grapes in half.

    3. Gently mix all the fruit together, trying not to mush any of it. Especially the blueberries.

    4. Squeeze the lime over the mixed fruit. Again, gently toss. Now, drizzle the honey over the fruit salad. If using the fresh mint, toss that in. Once again, gently mix to combine the honey and lime juice along with the mint leaves. You can eat right away or put in fridge to chill. Enjoy the freshness!
