Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup dulce de leche
  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche for the middle layer and top decoration
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt, I used fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Line an 8 x 8 or 7 x 9 pan with parchment paper and lightly spray it with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Spoon 1/2 cup of dulce de leche into a piping bag or Ziploc bag with one corner snipped off. Set aside. 3.Cook the white chocolate chips, milk, 1/4 cup dulce de leche, salt, and butter in a medium pot over low heat until melted. Mix to combine. Take off the heat and add in the 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

    4. Gently mix. Pour half the fudge into the pan. Drizzle the dulce de leche onto the fudge and pour the remaining fudge over. 5. Using the dulce de leche in the bag, pipe lines on top of the fudge and create a swirl pattern using a knife. 6. Cover the fudge and let it harden overnight or at least 6 hours on the counter. When hardened, cut into squares and enjoy!
