
Prepare your coffee or espresso and chill before adding to the blender and other ingredients. In a small microwave safe bowl, add 3 tablespoon of the marshmallow cream with milk. Turn on medium power for 5 seconds. Take out and stir. Just to soften up the marshmallow cream. That’s it. Spread in the bottom of tall cup or glass. You can bring up the sides just a little if you want. Drizzle the chocolate syrup on top of cream and some on sides of cup. Set aside for just a minute. Now blend the rest of ingredients, this includes the chilled coffee. But, not the whipped cream or graham cracker crumbs. Blend on medium to high just until you see that everything is combined and frothy. If you want a thicker frappe, you can add in more ice or vanilla ice cream (ice cream is not in the original but sometimes you just need a little more decadence)Pour in cup, swirl on whipped cream and top with a sprinkling of crushed graham crackers. Put a straw in and sip away!
