If you’ve read the Harry Potter books and seen the movies, you know that the most popular drink is the butterbeer. It’s served either cold, tasting somewhat like a cream soda, hot in a mug or as a Frappuccino. This copycat Starbucks butterbeer Frappuccino is from Starbucks “secret menu”. Made right in the blender and comes out so good!
Start by putting the ice in the blender. Blend to break up the ice cubes just a bit. Add the milk, vanilla, ice cream if using, xanthan gum or dry pudding, and both syrups. Remember to save some caramel syrup to drizzle the inside of the cup and both syrups to drizzle on top of the whipped cream. Whirl in the blender until nice and thick. If needed add more ice. While again and pour into prepared cup. That’s it! Enjoy every last thick, luscious sip!
