Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso

This brown sugar shaken espresso is smooth, lightly spiced, and totally coffeehouse-worthy. Fresh espresso gets shaken with brown sugar, vanilla, ice, and a cinnamon stick until cold and frothy, then finished with creamy oat milk and a fluffy nitro cold foam topping.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee cooled
  • 1 organic cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar plus more for topping
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Reddi-Whip Nitro Cold Foam for topping

Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso or strong coffee and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Pour the espresso into a cocktail shaker or jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  3. Add the brown sugar, vanilla extract, ice, and cinnamon stick.
  4. Seal and shake vigorously for about 4 minutes until the mixture is cold and foamy.
  5. Divide the shaken espresso evenly between two glasses.
  6. Stir in the oat milk until combined.
  7. Top each drink generously with Reddi-Whip Nitro Cold Foam.
  8. Sprinkle a little brown sugar over the foam. Serve immediately.
