If you want something to sip on that’s cool, creamy, thick, and oh so delicious, you can’t go wrong with this blue butterfly pea smoothie. Made with ice cream, milk, Butterfly Tea for color with and mellow flavor and, topped with whipped cream. It’s a refreshing drink for kids and adults alike.
Add tea to a heatproof mug, add in the boing water. Stir. Add a few ice cubes to cool off and set in fridge to chill. When chilled pour over a strainer right into the blender. Add ice cream, milk, pinch salt, and vanilla into blender over the chilled tea. (If using blue food coloring, add that now. Start out with a one or two drops until desired color)Toss in ice cubes. Whirl until thick and creamy. If you want more color, you can brew a 1/2 teaspoon more tea with a few tablespoons of boiling water. Follow step one again. Top with sprinkles of choice. Enjoy!
