
For a quick, easy and healthy salad that you’re going to love for lunch or dinner, try this simple black bean pumpkin seed salad. It’s got great textures and tastes so delicious. Make one up soon and enjoy to your health!
1.Open bag of lettuce and pour into large serving bowl.
2.Sprinkle carrots, currants, raisins, pumpkin seeds over top. Add drained and rinsed black beans. Give a quick dash/sprinkle of the turmeric over top.
3.To make the dressing, place ingredients into a jar with a lid, I used a small mason jar. Shake up well. Pour over salad then sprinkle just a little turmeric.
4.Toss, plate up and eat up. ENJOY!
