This copycat Starbucks iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso is beyond delightful. The slightly sweet, ice cold latte with smooth oat milk and a shot of espresso will put that pep in your step on a day when it’s needed. Or, just when you want a pick-me-up anytime of day that happens to be really delicious too. Enjoy!
Brew some espresso or some strong coffee. Pour into a shaker or a mason jar with a tight lid. Add in the brown sugar and stir to dissolve. Add in the vanilla and cinnamon. Stir, stir, stir. The espresso/coffee should start to cool off slightly. If you have time, stick in the freezer for a few minutes. If not, add about a cup of ice. Put the lid on and shake, shake, shake. Do this for about 2 minutes. In a tall glass or cup, add more ice at least half way up. Pour coffee over the ice. Stir. Pour cold oat milk over the top. Don’t stir anymore. Put a straw in and give just a quick stir and taste that it’s cold enough. If not, take out the ice that’s there with a spoon and put fresh ice cubes back in. Take another sip and enjoy!
