  • 1 package of 8 turkey hot dogs, I used organic
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups vegetarian baked beans, I used Amy's vegetarian baked beans
  • 1 cup cannellini beans, drained, rinsed and drained again
  • 1 to 2 tbsp I used no sugar added ketchup, regular ketchup is great too
  • 1 tsp or making it heaping yellow mustard, you can use any kind of mustard, I just like the way the yellow tastes in this recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degreesCut up hot dogs in about 1/2 inch pieces, not too thin.Place in casserole dish and add the both beans, gently mix. Try not to break up the beans.Add the ketchup and mustard. Gently mix in again.Place on a cookie sheet that you line with foil and bake for about 40 minutes.Take out and let sit on the counter for about 5 minutes, dish out and eat up! Enjoy!
