Ingredients

  • 16 ounce Tazo Passion Tea, premade from a 42 oz bottle, I got mine on Amazon but Walmart and Target along with some grocery stores should carry it. OR use two Tazo Passion Tea bags, also found online or in grocery stores.
  • 16 ounce bottled or prepared powdered lemonade, I used a sugar free version like Crystal light this time around.
  • 1/4-1/2 Granny Smith apple, cut into diced pieces. I left the peel on.  (keep fruit in fridge until ready to use)
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen mango cut into small chunks. (keep in fridge or freezer until ready to use)
  • 8 ounces  iced cold water, Starbucks uses filtered water I'm told. Bottled water will work fine for this recipe or even tap water should do.
  • Ice to fill each glass. Make sure your ice is fresh. This makes a big difference with the taste of the beverage.

Instructions

  1. Stir together tea, lemonade, and water until well combined, if using tea bags, steep for about 10 to 15 minutes for full flavor. Take out tea bags and place in the freezer for about 20 minutes or until cooled down. You can also place in the fridge for an hour until cooled.

When ready, fill tall glasses about half way up or to ¾ to the top with ice cubes along with the apples and mangos. Pour in tea mixture. Stir gently and sip away!
