.Take chicken out of package. If frozen thaw completely in fridge. Rinse the wings in cold water, this is optional.
.Lay out paper towels. Double or triple one on top of the other. Lay the wings and with more paper towels pat dry. Make sure you get all the moisture off.
.Coat the wings with olive oil. I used a silicone pastry brush. Then sprinkle seasoning over each wing and drumette. You can also place chicken in a bowl and add seasoning and coat the wings that way. It’s just a little messy but it does coat them well.
.Spray wire racks with a little cooking spray. Place chicken in air fryer. Try to make a single layer so all the wings can get crispy. If you have to do this in batches , just leave seasoned chicken in the fridge until you are ready for the next batch.
.Set air fryer at 380 degrees. Cook for 15 minutes. Pause the air fryer and turn over each wing. Cook another 10 to 12 minutes. Increase temperature to 400 degrees and cook another 5 to 7 minutes.
.Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or dressing. Enjoy!
