White Chocolate Peppermint Oreo Fudge

This delicious fudge only has 5 ingredients and is a family favorite year after year. Make a batch and enjoy with your family and friends!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups good quality white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate peppermint bark chips or broken up peppermint bark such as Ghirardelli, you can also just add one more cup of white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated milk
  • 15-20 chopped up Oreo cookies (save about a half cup to top off fudge) you can use the peppermint back Oreo’s for a more minty taste
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes or round peppermint candies (save a few for topping)

Instructions

  1. 1.Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

    2.Over a medium heat, place white chocolate in a double boiler along with the sweetened condensed milk. Stir to combine. Mix until the chips are melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

    3.Mix in the Oreo crumbs and crushed candy canes. Stir gently to incorporate.

    4.Pour fudge batter into the prepared pan. Smooth out with a rubber spatula.

    5.Sprinkle the remaining Oreo crumbs and candy cane pieces.

    6.Let cool in pan at room temperate until completely set or place in fridge for up to 15 minutes to harden faster. Cut into small squares when cooled

    7.Store in an airtight container for a few days on the counter or up to 5 days in fridge. Let sit at room temperature if hard from the fridge. Enjoy!
