1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Have a large rimmed sheet pan/cookie sheet ready.
2.Rinse pork chops in cold water, pat dry with paper towels and place on sheet pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3.Rinse green beans in cold water, cut off ends then cut in half. Place on sheet pan in one corner. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4.Rinse sweet potatoes then peel. Cut into small to medium cubes. Place on sheet pan in another corner. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5.Drizzle olive oil over pork and sweet potatoes. Drizzle lightly over green beans.
6.Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes. Pork chops must reach internal temperature of at least 150 degrees. Take out of oven and let sit for 10 minutes.
7.Layer chops and vegetable with some of the pie filling. Put back in the oven for an additional 5 to 7 minutes. Enjoy!
