Ingredients

  • 2 rolls of refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 12 ounce package of bacon (chopped into pieces, fried, and crumbled)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.

Separate each biscuit and cut into quarters.

Roll each quarter into a ball (should make 35-40 small balls)

Place dough balls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet

Combine sugars and cinnamon in a dish.

Put the melted butter in a small bowl.

Place the dough balls in butter.

Make sure that the whole dough ball is coated in butter.

Roll the dough balls in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Coat well.

Pour about 1/4 of the maple syrup in a loaf pan and sprinkle with 1/3 of the bacon crumbles.

Place 20 or so of the dough balls in the loaf pan.

Top with another 1/4 or so maple syrup and more bacon. (save a couple of tablespoons of syrup and some bacon)

Add remaining dough balls and top with remaining syrup and bacon.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until golden in color.

Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Transfer onto a serving plate. Enjoy!
