4 Ingredient Lemon Garlic Aioli

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp stone ground or Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, this is optional
  • dash coarse salt and pepper, this is optional


  1. 1.Combine mayo, lemon juice, minced garlic, and mustard in a small mixing bowl. Using a small whisk, combine until creamy and smooth.

    2.Taste. Add a drop more lemon juice or mustard if you want a bolder taste. Now would be the time to add in salt and pepper and cayenne pepper for more spice. Otherwise, place in fridge for 30 minutes for the flavors to meld. Store leftover covered in fridge up to 2 days. Enjoy!
