4 Ingredient Slow Cooker Cowboy Ranch Corn Chips

Everyone will love these crunchy corn chips and you’ll love making them since it’s the easiest recipe

Ingredients

  • 9.75 ounce bag corn chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ounce package ranch dip mix
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. 1.Spray 5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Pour bag of chips into slow cooker.

    2.In a microwave safe bowl, add butter and melt. Add in ranch dip mix and Cajun seasoning. Mix well.

    3.Pour mixture over chips and with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon, gently toss the mixture over the chips to coat all of them. Try not to break up the chips.

    4.Cook uncovered on high for about 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. Stir a few times.

    5.When finished, place onto a rimmed cookie sheet that’s been lined with parchment paper. Let cool completely. Gently place in a bowl or serving dish. Enjoy!
