1.In a large mixing bowl, combine mayo and all other ingredients up to cabbage. (Do not add cabbage) Use a whisk to mix. Dressing should be completely combined and creamy.
2.Add chopped cabbage, carrots and onions to the dressing. Gently fold all together until all the cabbage is coated.
3.Cover with plastic wrap or put into a sealed container in fridge for 4 hours or overnight. When you take out, gently mix again. Enjoy!
