This is a fabulous way to get veggies in your smoothie without even being able to taste it! Try this healthy and luscious smoothie. You’ll know what I’m talking about after just one sip. Enjoy to your health!

1 1/2cupsfresh spinach (I use the packaged spinach because it’s already washed)
1/2banana, frozen if possible
1tbsptoasted wheat germ, for gluten free, leave this out and add 1 tbsp more of flax meal
3/4-1cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk, soy milk or skim milk
1=2dropsall natural Stevia, or 1 packet of Stevia, to taste or leave out

Place all ingredients in your blender and whirl up! That’s it! Enjoy!!
