Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup espresso or strong coffee,(decaf works too) I used strong coffee for this recipe. For a bolder coffee flavor, go up to 1/2 cup
  • 1 cup milk of choice, dairy or almond milk both work well, steamed, here is my 3 Simple Steps To Steam/Froth Milk In The Microwave
  • 1/8-1/4 cup pumpkin syrup, here is my homemade version, it’s beyond easy to make with just a few ingredients and it’s great for many other uses like on pancakes and top of ice cream. Oh yea!  You can also buy pumpkin syrup online at Amazon (this one is closest to my homemade version) or in many grocery stores.
  • aerosol whipped cream for topping with a little sprinkle of cinnamon or cinnamon sugar on top

Instructions

  1. Prepare espresso or coffee. At the same time, steam milk, so, so simple in the microwavePour espresso or coffee into a 16 ounce mug. Add in pumpkin syrup.
