Sweet potato fries are a delicious alternative to traditional French fries, and I find myself making them a lot. I love the way the air fryer caramelizes the outside of the potatoes, and their natural sweetness is wonderful with the savory flavors of my family’s favorite grilled and barbecued foods. They’re also ridiculously easy to make which is always a plus!
