Here we go again, everybody. I have another delicious Starbucks copycat recipe for everyone today. As I’ve said before, I love Starbucks, but I don’t love it enough to pay through the nose for all those delicious flavors. Luckily for me, I have a knack for copying my favorite flavors, so I’ve made it my mission to recreate my favorite Starbucks drinks at home! This iced pumpkin spice latte is no different. It has all the flavors we love about the classic Starbucks latte but even better!

Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

This delicious iced latte features the caffeine kick of espresso along with pumpkin spice, maple syrup, milk, and pumpkin puree to create a classic latte that’s full of fall flavor. I only have to do a little mixing to make it, and it’s all done in just a few minutes. I make this latte for myself regularly, and I love to serve it to family and friends when they visit. I’ve shared the recipe with many of them because they loved it so much.

Ingredients

You’ll only need a few, simple ingredients to make this recipe, and you can find them all at your local grocery store. That is, of course, if they’re not in your kitchen already!

  • 1 – 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree, I used canned
  • 3/4 cup milk. I like almond milk but, any dairy milk or other non dairy milk will work just fine
  • 1 shot of espresso or coffee, you can also use decaf coffee
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • Tiny pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, the only vanilla extract I use and love!
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey, or for a low calorie option, use a sugar free maple syrup
  • Ice, make sure the ice if fresh, this makes for a much better tasting latte

How to Make a Starbucks Copycat Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

Making this latte couldn’t be easier. It just takes a little mixing and a few minutes. That’s all there is to it!

  1. Mix the pumpkin puree, milk, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup/ honey in a glass measuring cup.
  2. Add the smallest pinch of salt and vanilla extract. Mix.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in espresso or coffee.
  4. Pour in the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Substitutions and Variations

  • Use any kind of milk or plant-based milk for this recipe.
  • You can use 1/2 cup of coffee in place of espresso.
  • You can use sea salt or kosher salt.
  • Use cinnamon in place of pumpkin spice, if you prefer.
