English Muffin Veggie Pizzas

These english muffin veggie pizzas are the best quick and easy recipe that’s great for lunch or dinner. They make great after school snacks too. Make some up soon and enjoy the ease and deliciousness!

Growing up, English Muffins were a staple in my house.

My mom Ruthie would serve us these for breakfast slathered with butter or cream cheese.

Sometimes she would throw a piece of American cheese in the middle for a quick sandwich.

We just loved them no matter what she put on or in them.

Nowadays, it’s like nothing has changed in my house with my husband and kids.

When not sure what to eat, grab an English muffin.

With all the new varieties it’s nice to be a little creative whether you want a cinnamon sugar muffin or a lighter muffin.

We like the crispiness that you don’t always get with plain bread slices.

This really simple recipe is so delicious. I make it for myself many afternoons while working from the house.

My kids and husband enjoy these for dinner. Served with a salad it’s a nice lighter meal. Put any veggies you like, for the meat eaters, add some mini pepperoni.

They even make turkey pepperoni for a healthier alternative. Try this soon, you’ll love these little pizzas like we do.
