Reese’s Cracker Bark

Jump to Recipe

This Reese’s cracker bark is sweet, salty, and loaded with chocolate and peanut butter goodness! A buttery saltine cracker mixture is topped with a chocolaty layer and decorated with Reese’s Pieces, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and pretzels.

I have a major sweet tooth, and bark has always been a great way to satisfy that craving. Over the years, I’ve made all kinds of barks and brittles. Recently, I started making this delicious, sweet and salty bark recipe that a friend of mine shared with me. I tweaked it a little bit to add a bit more sweetness, and I ended up with a chocolate peanut butter bonanza for every single sweet tooth I have – and I have a lot of them!

Reese’s Cracker Bark

This delicious bark starts with a saltine cracker base. Then, I make a simple toffee and pour it over the crackers. Finally, I melt chocolate chips and pour them over the crackers and caramel and top with Reese’s Pieces, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and pretzels. That’s all there is to it! After that, I simply let it set up and serve. It’s super easy and so tasty!

What to Serve with Reese’s Cracker Bark

This sweet and salty bark is perfect with a glass of milk or a cup of coffee. You can also add it to a large dessert spread at potlucks and parties with your other favorites like cookies, candies, cupcakes, pies, and more!

Tips

  • Add the chocolate chips evenly to the toffee mixture immediately after you pour it over the crackers.
  • Remove the bark from the oven as soon as the chocolate chips have melted so you don’t burn them.
  • Top the bark with Reese’s candy and pretzels while the chocolate is hot so they stick.
