 Chocolate Heart Strawberry Cookies

These Chocolate Heart Strawberry Cookies are the sweetest way of saying I love you to someone special. The perfect edible gift for Valentines Day or any day you want to show your love. Bake some soon and enjoy the strawberry chocolate deliciousness with someone special.

I think making your own gifts for special occasions are the best gifts of all.

It shows that you put your own time into creating and putting your personal touch for the gift you are giving.

These adorable and beautiful chocolate heart strawberry cookies pack up well for gift giving.

It’s fun to put them in a pretty box or goody bag with a colorful bow. Sometimes we put these pretty little cookies into a clear mason jar then put a ribbon around the top of the jar.

You can even give them the recipe attached so they can make these gems themselves.

You don’t need a special occasion to enjoy these delicious tasting cookies.

I guess you can call this recipe for chocolate heart strawberry cookies a shortcut recipe.

When using a cake mix it cuts the time preparing by not having to measure the flour, baking soda and other ingredients that would go into a traditional cookie recipe. But, by adding your own ingredients and decorating them, they are as homemade as any baked cookie would be.

So, I am planning on baking a big batch for my daughter and her new hubby for this Valentine’s Day.

She’s an attorney and he has his own clothing line.

They both work long hours and I know she will appreciate these dropped off at her house so they both can enjoy.

However, they probably would bake each other something special but now mommy did it for them.

Even though these cookies are really easy to make, she can do this for another occasion.

My daughter is a fantastic baker and cook and many times she’s come home to cook and bake for the whole family. We love her creations she cooks up and her peanut butter cookies are melt in your mouth delicious.

I hope you bake some of these delicious chocolate heart strawberry cookies soon and see the smiles when you give these out.  You enjoy them too!
