4 Ingredient Pepperoni Pizza Crescent Rolls

Everyone is going to love these loaded pizza rolls.
A perfect appetizer for any gathering. A family favorite around my home and I bet yours too! This yummy recipe for 4 ingredient Pepperoni Pizza Crescent Rolls with only 4 simple steps is a go-to recipe for any occasion Great for any gathering and will be perfect for the Super Bowl game.

This simple recipe has only 4 ingredients and 4 steps to deliciousness.

I have been making these pepperoni pizza rolls for years now.

The best part about these on top of being a super easy recipe is, anyone and everyone who bites into these gems loves them.

It’s like eating a slice of pepperoni pizza but in a crispy and flaky roll.

For the people who do not eat pepperoni, just use the cheese, you can even double stuff with cheese or add in a few strips of green and red pepper. Vegetarians like it that way. Sometimes I make a vegetarian plate and a pepperoni plate. Then, everyone can enjoy these cheesy pizza rolls.

The Super Bowl is around the corner and we are having friends over for the big game.

They already asked if I would make these. Since I just mentioned the vegetarian version, that has me thinking of maybe adding some different kind of veggies too. Hmmm, will have to think about this one. Grab the Crescent Rolls when on sale.

They usually have a long shelf life in the fridge. If you decide to make this recipe, enjoy every last bite!

4 Ingredient Pepperoni Pizza Crescent Rolls

Yields: 16 rolls

Ingredients:

  • 2 tubes Crescent Rolls
  • 8 mozzarella cheese stick, cut in half
  • 1 to 2  packages pepperoni slices, I used these, can be found in Walmart and most grocery stores too
  • pizza sauce for dipping, I used this one since it’s spicy but any pizza sauce works

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place parchment paper on a rimmed cookie sheet and set aside.
  2. Open up the packages of Crescent Rolls, separate them and lay out flat.
  3.  Starting with the wide end, place pepperoni slices along the surface of each Crescent Roll.  (I used 8 for each roll) Place 1/2
stick of mozzarella at the widest end on top of the pepperoni.
  4. Starting with the widest end roll into the most narrow end. Now place all pizza rolls on cookie sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. Take out and let rest for 5 minutes then plate up!

Enjoy the pizza deliciousness!
