2 Ingredient Kit Kat Cookies

Two Ingredient Kit Kat Cookies – How simple, two ingredients to cookie, candy deliciousness! These are the easiest cookie recipe you will bake. Fun for the kids to help out. Pop a few of these gems and enjoy!

A Kit Kat candy bar and a sugar cookie all in one! This combo is a winner. My kids and husbands favorite candy is a Kit Kat Bar. We buy them for Halloween and it never does get into anyone’s trick or treat bag. They gobble those little bars up every time. I had just bought a bag of some more Kit Kats and had a tube of cookie dough in the fridge. Everyone always loves cookies from the store bought dough and I love the convenience of it. As a surprise I wanted to make something special for the family, it was a Friday night, pizza night around here. Instead of ice-cream or brownies, I grabbed the tube of sugar cookies and the bag of Kit Kats and look what came out, a yummy, little cookie with only two ingredients! Total deliciousness!! Bake some soon, you’ll know what I’m talking about.

 2 Ingredient Kit Kat Cookies

Yields: 24 to 30 cookies, depending how small or large you make them

Ingredients:

  • 1 tube sugar cookie dough, I used Pillsbury
  • Kit Kat candy bars broken into 3 to 4 pieces or bigger!

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a few cookies sheets with parchment paper. ( You must use parchment paper for this recipe.)
  2. Cut each cookie dough in half and roll each one up into a ball. Gently press each cookie just a little. Do not flatten.
  3. Bake for about 7 to 11 minutes until lightly golden, try not to over bake.
  4. Let cool for a minute and gently press a cut piece of candy into each center of the cookie. Place back in the oven for 30 seconds to a minute, just until you see the chocolate looks a little glossy. Take out. Let cool and have a few!

Enjoy the candy cookie deliciousness!
