Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla ice cream, reduced fat or sugar-free is what I usually use in this recipe
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup milk, any milk of choice, I used 2 %, sometimes almond milk, use more if needed for blending
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice, if using frozen strawberries, you can cut the ice down
  • 2-4 tbsp whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. 1.Combine all ingredients into a blender, ( A High Speed Blender works best, this is the one I use and love!) Start at low speed to break up ice.

2.Now, turn to high. Make sure the lid in on and whirl until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more milk for blending, one tablespoon at a time.

3.That’s it! Enjoy every last sip!
