Ingredients

  • 6 ounces non fat honey or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 10 small fresh strawberries
  • 6 - 8 tbsp Cool Whip
  • 1/2 kiwi, peeled and cut up into little pieces, leave out or add any cut up fruit of choice
  • 1 tbsp fresh orange juice, this is optional

Instructions

  1. 1.In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt and the Cool Whip together along with the orange juice if using.

2.Add some of the yogurt mixture to the molds; then add the cut up fruit (or if you’re using the whole strawberry, drop one in at this point). Fill the rest of the molds with the remaining yogurt mixture. It does not have to be level. You can make a mound on top if you’d like.

3.Freeze for at least 4 hours.

4.When frozen, pop bites out of the tray or mold. You might need to use a wet paper towel with warm water and hold it on the bottom of the mold to soften the bites for easy removal. The picture shows some from a Nonstick Silicone, Quick Release Ice Cube Tray and others from a Silicone Brownie and Cake Pop Mold I use these all the time! The brownie mold is great for baking too. After you take them out, store in a sealed container up to 5 days in freezer. Enjoy the cool deliciousness!
