1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2.Drizzle a little extra olive oil in a medium baking pan. Set aside.
3.In a small mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients. Using a fork or your fingers mix until combined.
4.Rinse chicken breasts in cold water then pat dry with paper towels. Lay in baking pan. Drizzle oil over chicken. Rub in and under chicken to coat all sides. Sprinkle seasonings and rub that in all over as well.
5.Cover lightly with foil. Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 degrees. Take foil off and continue to bake for another 15 to 20 minutes or until juices run clear and internal temperature runs 165 degrees.
6.Let rest for about 7 minutes before cutting.
