3 Ingredient Apple Cranberry Sauce

I love simple and easy recipes and this one is on the top of my list. A classic recipe with a twist that’s great for any or no occasion. Enjoy the sweet, tangy cranberry apple deliciousness!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce bag fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 6 ounce can frozen apple juice concentrate, slightly thawed
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • pinch sea salt and cinnamon, optional

Instructions

  1. 1.Rinse cranberries under cold water. Place into a medium saucepan along with the apple juice concentrate. Cook for a minute or two and then add the sugar, salt and cinnamon if using.

    2.Cook over medium heat until the cranberries start to burst. Cook just a minute or two more. Taste for sweetness. Let cool in pan on stove for about 20 minutes then place in sealed container in fridge. Serve when chilled. Keeps for up to 3 days in fridge. Enjoy!
