  • 1 3/4-2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed a little
  • 1/3 cup naturally sweetened apple juice
  • 3 tbsp agave, brown rice syrup or for non vegan, honey
  • thinly sliced strawberries to place in molds, optional


  1. 1.In a blender, add the strawberries and juice and whirl up until thick and smooth.

    2.Add the honey. Blend again. If you feel the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more apple juice or cold water.

    3.Pour into 4 ice pop molds and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
