1.If the corn is in a microwavable bag, cook for half the time it says on the bag. If it’s in a regular frozen bag, take corn out, lay on a plate and either let thaw out for about 30 minutes or place in a microwave dish with a few tablespoons of water, cover with wax paper and cook just until the corn is thawed and a little warm. This should take about 2 to 3 minutes.
2.Take out, place on paper towels to get off any water or pat dry.
3.Heat grill pan on medium. Add oil and butter, let heat up a little, place corn in pan and keep turning around until you have the amount of grill marks on the corn. If needed spray pan or corn with a little olive oil spray. Take out of pan and plate up. Season to taste. Enjoy the sweetness!
