Chocolate Chip Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats, instant or old fashioned
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice, more if you want the smoothie thicker
  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 small to medium sliced banana, frozen is best
  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice, I used almond milk
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips, I used Lily’s Sweets, no sugar added
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet stevia, optional
  • 1 tsp mini chips and chia seeds for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. 1.Combine all ingredients in blender, Puree until smooth. Pour into glasses. Add chips or chia seeds for topping. Enjoy!
