Ingredients

  • 8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 4 bags Oreo Thin Crisps
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. 1.In a large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese with a hand held electric mixer. Slowly add in the powdered sugar.

2.Add vanilla extract and mix until well combined and fluffy. Set in fridge for a few minutes while you get the crisps ready.

3.In a mini food chopper, add two of the Oreo bags and pulse until they are a crumb-like consistency.

4.Take the cheese mixture out of the fridge and pour the crumbs into the bowl. Use the electric mixer again and mix until all is combined.

5.Cover the bowl and place in fridge until the mixture sets up so that you are able to roll into them little balls (should take about an hour or two).

6.Take remaining two Oreo bags , place in food chopper and do the same as the previous two bags (see step 3). Spread out on a plate and remove your mixture from the fridge. Roll out 20 balls around the plate of crumbs until nicely coated. You will have enough Oreo crumb to cover all 20.

7.Have a tray lined with wax paper and place coated treats on the tray. If you’d like, you can put a toothpick or thin Popsicle stick in them, or just serve as a fun finger food dessert. The crispy coating will only last for the first day, so keep this is mind. Can be stored in fridge up to 2 days.

Recipe Notes

The crispy coating will only last for one day, keep this in mind. Enjoy!
