banana, dark chocolate, oats, smoothie
1/2cupold fashioned oats (you can also you GF oats)
1cuplow fat plain yogurt, Greek or regular
1ouncedark chocolate (divided) – I used 2 squares of 60% cacao Ghiradelli chocolate
1tbsphoney or maple syrup
1tspflax oil or flax seeds
1.In a blender combine the first 4 ingredients and blend until smooth.
2.Add 1/2 of the dark chocolate, honey, flax oil and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
3.Grate the remaining chocolate and sprinkle it on top. Enjoy!
