Baked Cinnamon Wonton Wrappers

These wontons are a great treat for when you’re craving something crunchy or sweet ‘n salty. They are super easy to make and can be baked in less than 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 8 square wonton wrappers, found in the produce department of the grocery store
  • 1-2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 tsp salted butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt, optional for topping
  • butter or canola cooking spray

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    2.Cut the wrappers into triangles to make 16 pieces.

    3.Mix the cinnamon and sugar together.

    4.Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

    5.Lay the wrapper on the parchment paper and use the cooking spray on the wrappers as well.

    6.Melt the butter spread and brush over the wrappers.

    7.Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the wontons evenly and spray with cooking spray one more time. If using sea salt, sprinkle over the top now.

    8.Bake at 375 degrees for about 5-8 minutes. You will see the wrappers starting to brown.

    9.Take the wontons out of the oven and they will become crispy in just a few minutes.
