1.In a microwave safe bowl, add chips and oil. Heat for 25 second increments. Stir after each heating. When melted and smooth, add the 2 tablespoons of chips. Stir until melted into the bowl of chocolate.
2.Using a rubber spatula, spread chocolate in an even layer onto lined pan. Let sit for just a minute then toss toppings over entire slab of chocolate.
3.Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Take out and break into uneven shards.
