Air Fryer Turkey and Brie Grilled Cheese

This simple and oh so delicious air fryer turkey and brie grilled cheese sandwich has become a family favorite lately. As it turns out, it’s also the easiest recipe to prepare in no time at all. Give it a try and enjoy!

Have you used an air fryer yet?

I was so hesitant to purchase one thinking it would be another household appliance that sits on my kitchen counter collecting dust.

Well, I’m happy to tell you it’s not. I use this wonderful invention all the time.

From hot dogs to frozen french fries, to cinnamon rolls, and of course a yummy grilled cheese sandwich like this one I’m sharing today.

It’s my whole family’s favorite kitchen appliance that’s used at least once a day. Lately, my 16 year old son loves it for heating up his favorite leftovers or baking a small batch of slice up cookies.

Air Fryers go on sale frequently in so many stores. Target, Walmart, and Bed Bath and Beyond. I purchased one for under $5o dollars just a few months ago.

Find the best price and get one soon. You won’t believe how fast things cook.

So convenient and love how easy to clean.

Most of them you can take out the basket and grill, it’s dishwasher safe. But, I rarely even use the dishwasher. It’s nonstick and I wash it in the sink.

This turkey grilled cheese sandwich came about the other day day when my hubby asked if I can make him something for lunch.

It was perfect timing since I was getting ready to make myself and my son lunch.

I had deli turkey and leftover brie cheese in the house along with a few Ciabatta rolls.

I grabbed a green apple and some strawberry jam from the fridge.

Good thing, there was just a drop left in the jar. Glad no one threw it out thinking it was empty.

Anyway, these few ingredients made the most amazing grilled cheese sandwich.

Toasty on the outside and cheesy and melty on the inside with the turkey heated just enough and the apple softened to perfection and still has a slight crunch factor.

The tangy brie along with the mild turkey just went so well together. Change things up with different meats and cheeses for a new sandwich each time.

Just a suggestion, this sandwich is the best for leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. Maybe add some stuffing. Oh yea, that does sound good. Yum.

Enjoy this sandwich like we do. It’s so good!
